Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed in the AUREN online store.

Products & prices: all prices include VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Product images are illustrative; minor variations (especially in natural pearls) are inherent to the product.

Ordering & payment: an agreement is concluded once you receive our order confirmation. Payment is processed securely via the payment methods offered at checkout.

Delivery: see our Shipping Policy. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns: see our Refund Policy. EU consumers always retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Warranty: statutory warranty applies, plus our 2-year color guarantee on gold plating.

Liability: our liability is limited to the order amount, except where law provides otherwise.

Law: Dutch law applies. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands; EU consumers may also use the ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
