Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, you have 30 days from delivery to return your item.
Conditions: items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal is unopened. Gift cards are non-refundable.
How to return:
- Email info@wearauren.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- Within 24 hours on business days, we reply with your return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item using those instructions. Parcels sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case, send us a photo and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
EU consumers always retain their statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory warranty rights.
