Is AUREN jewelry really waterproof?

Yes. Our pieces are made of 316L stainless steel with thick 18k gold plating. You can shower, swim and work out in them. Pearl and shell pieces are the exception: we recommend taking those off before swimming.

Will the gold color fade?

Stainless steel with thick 18k plating is made to last with everyday wear. To keep the shine longer, avoid perfume, lotion and chlorine directly on the jewelry and wipe it with a soft cloth now and then.

How do I find my ring size?

Measure the inner diameter of a ring that fits you. Size 6 is about 16.5 mm, 7 about 17.3 mm, 8 about 18.1 mm and 9 about 19 mm. In between two sizes? Size up.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days by our international fulfilment partner. Delivery then takes 5 to 12 business days to the Netherlands and Belgium, 7 to 14 to the rest of Europe and 10 to 20 worldwide. Shipping is free over €50 (€75 outside Europe). You receive a tracking link by email.

Do I pay import costs?

Not within the EU: VAT is included in our prices. Outside the EU, local import duties may apply.

Can I return my order?

Yes, within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Earrings can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons. Email info@wearauren.com first and we will send you the return instructions.
